Monday Motivation: Be a Do-er

For those that don't know, it's officially Star Wars Week. It's also Monday, which means we need that extra shot of motivation espresso.


Let this week be the week you crush that work project. Push yourself to walk at least 30 minutes every day. But most importantly: Spend time on YOU!

  • Call up a friend you've been meaning to call for a while now

  • Treat yourself to that thing you've been craving

  • Take a walk outside: breath some fresh air

But most importantly: keep pushing yourself to maximize your personal potential! The only thing holding you back is yourself.
