What is "sarcopenia"? It's the progressive loss of muscle strength and function, primarily due to aging. It affects everyone differently but increases as we get older. Sarcopenia begins to affect us in our 30s and into our 40s. So what can we do to delay the onset?? Chiropractic Care and Sarcopenia
If lifespan is the destination, then healthspan is the journey. How is your quality of life lately? Can you do everything you want to without restriction? What's causing that restriction?
