Motivation Monday: Spend More Time in the Sun!


Ask yourself this question: Do I spend 30 minutes of my day in the sunlight?


If the answer was "no", try spending more time outside this week! A key nutrient for our body, Vitamin D, is naturally absorbed in our body when we spend time in the sun. In fact, according to healthline, our body absorbs Vitamin D when we are exposed to sunlight, with as little as 10 minutes of exposure at a time . So what happens if I can't get outside every day?
